- Packages are quoted based on current rates and are subject to change without notice.
- All packages are quoted in US dollars unless otherwise noted.
- We offer a 24-hour courtesy hold on your reservations however rates are not guaranteed until payment is received.
- Deposit is required within 24 hours of confirmation.
- The balance is due 45-60 days prior to departure.
- Payments are accepted or payment plans can be arranged.
- All cancellations are subject to a $25.00 administrative fee per passenger.
- Additional fees: Airline tickets are often non-refundable and attract change penalties for cancellations or changes. Hotel cancellation fees may apply and vary by hotel and travel dates.
- Maximum penalties apply over holidays, peak periods and promotional sales.
- Insurance is highly recommended and available at the time of deposit.
- All major credit cards are accepted as well as Paypal.
- Passports are required for travel outside of the United States and legal names and dates of birth must be submitted at the time of booking that match the passports.
