IMPORTANT INFORMATION

RESERVATIONS

• Rates provided are in US dollars and include four (4) nights all inclusive accommodations based on occupancy as noted and roundtrip airport transfers. Rates include food and beverages, taxes and gratuities at the Resort.
• Airfare from your preferred gateway can be arranged for you but are not included in the quoted prices.
• Minimum required stay per reservation is 3 nights.
• Only one credit card will be accepted for payment of each reservation.
• One night deposit will be charged to guests when making their reservation.
• Balance is due to be paid upon check in.
• Same credit card must be presented at the Front Desk upon check in order to pay the remaining balance; otherwise a different method of payment will be requested
• Please notify your Credit Card Company/Banking Institution when traveling abroad.
• Room, bed types and view requests are not guaranteed, yet subject to availability.
• Reservations can only be booked through this group link.
• Maximum occupancy of 2 guests regardless of age in Superior Deluxe Resort View and Superior Deluxe Ocean View.
• Limit of 2 free children/teenagers per room. Valid only on Superior Deluxe Ocean View with Balcony.

CANCELLATIONS

• For cancellations, a one night penalty will apply.
• Refunds will not apply when a reduction of persons per room or nights is made directly onsite.
• No shows: ONE night penalty will apply.
• Early departures are NON-REFUNDABLE and will be charged for the entire stay of confirmed reservation.

TRANSPORTATION

• Roundtrip airport transfers from the Montego Bay International Airport are included for guests booked through the link.
• Roundtrip airport transfers are included with a minimum required stay of 4 nights.
• All guests are responsible for booking their transfers. Failure to do so may result in the transportation not being provided.
• You may arrange your transfers by contacting transfersjamaica@palaceresorts.com  at least 14 days prior to arrival. You must have your confirmation number.
• If transfers are not booked according to the information above a credit or refund will not be provided for private transportation. No exceptions will be made.

OTHERS

• Please book your room as soon as possible to secure your preferred room.
• Below are the rates for 4 nights, however if you wish alternate dates or wish to stay longer we are happy to price for you. Fill out the form below and put in Comments your preferred dates and length of stay.
